Wines from Yering Station Winery
- Yering Station Shiraz Viognier 2006 Yarra Valley (75cl)
Yering Station's international award winning winemaker Tom Carson says that this wine represents a change in winemaking technique and style for Yering Station. The addition of 5% of Viognier to fermenting grapes is a technique long used by producers in 'Côte Rôtie'. A silky rich palate reveals layers of concentrated fine tannins and bags of powerful fruit that provide a wonderful length. Still youthful this will age beautifully. Optimum drinking 2006-2016.

- Yering Frog Chardonnay 2007 Yarra Valley (75cl)
Yering Station's neighbouring frogs helped to coin this elegant Chardonnay. Refreshing citrus and grapefruit characteristics are backed up with well-integrated French oak.

"...you are going to have to splash out on this superior, ripe, gamey, Yering estate pinot noir with its long, juicy finish." Jane MacQuitty, The Times Magazine
