From the work on the vines, through the selection of the grapes, vinification and bottling, the process follows a philosophy marked by rigorousness and respect for the primary ingredients that make good wine: the grapes that lend origin and resulting in the tremendous quality that has won awards in Chile and abroad. Our winemaking philosophy can be summarized with the following words: in each Misiones de Rengo wine we seek to express and display all of the characteristics and qualities of the soil and environment of its origin. We strongly believe that the essence of a wine is in its terroir (its soil, climate, people, and vineyards). We also believe that we should intervene as little as possible in the winemaking process; it should be as natural as possible and human limitation should only serve to heighten the qualities brought by the grapes from the vineyard. .
