Torii Mor is a small, super-premium winery, located in the Dundee Hills of Oregon, that concentrates on small lots of handcrafted, vineyard-designated Pinot noir. Beginning in the vineyards with careful, attentive management and continuing in the cellar with minimal handling, Winemaker Jacques Tardy expresses each unique site in the classic "Burgundian" way.
