The philosophy of Proemio is to produce high quality, great structured, modern wines with well defined characteristics for each grape variety. The elaboration is made in small 5.000 liters vats, using state of the art equipment and VICARD French oak barrels. The enological team experience compound is almost 120 years, with 5 senior enologists sharing their skills to improve quality. The wines are created starting with fine and selected grapes from Luján de Cuyo, Tupungato and Tunuyán valleys; ideal places for their growing due to its favorable climatic conditions and rocky soils. The altitude, the excellent temperature amplitude, and the abundant exposure to the Andes sun, all leaves their notable signature on the grapes. Both the meticulous nurturing by our winemakers, as well as prolonged time in bottles and oak barrels, guarantees the excellence in our wines.
