A perfect expression of the most character-full and classy, Spanish white wines, it flaunts its youth with clear intensity through a golden hue, with yellow-green reflections. Nose: An outstanding, aromatic, elegant white wine with great depth, broad, tasty, releasing a spread of subtle, fragile aromas, with the prime hint of grape rising to the fore. In the mouth: fresh, a light viscous touch; acidic enough to ensure liveliness of flavour without compromising delicacy. Aftertaste: pleasing, elegant and full-bodied. Palate: superb, well-balanced, hints of petals and freshly plucked fruit. Presentation: elegant bottles 75cl, 50cl, Magnum 150cl. and Double Magnum 300 cl. Best temperature for tasting: 6-8°C. When the bottle is sufficiently cool, the wine's acidity allies with its fruitiness, affording that pleasantly refreshing quality sought for in all white wines. The perfect companion of a well dressed table, capable of doing grace to the very best meal, especially with exquisite seafood cuisine, fine cuts of juicy, Galician beef, or tasty local cheeses. Albariño is also used in the preparation of such delicious dishes as: scallops, turbot, all types of fish recipes, stews elaborated from the meat of the hunt, and partridge or quail. Although on the question of personal tastes there is nothing written in stone, we invite you to savour our wines and discover your own ideal combinations.
