Luigi Baudana

Luigi and Fiorina Baudana have been cultivating since 1975 the 4.5 hectares of their ownership vineyard situated on two important Crus (vine lands) of Serralunga d’Alba, called BAUDANA and CERRETTA, installed to Nebbiolo grapes for Barolo wine (2 has), Barbera d’Alba (0.5 ha), Dolcetto d’Alba (1 ha), Chardonnay (0.5 ha) and 0.5 ha installed with foreign species of vines (Sauvignon and Merlot) since 1996 in order to experiment some kind of imagination’s wine. Some Nebbiolo vineyards have been carefully preserved and now they are around 30 years old, while the others have been re-installed between the 1980 and the 1990. From 1996 onwards the produced grapes are vinified and the 25,000 obtained bottles are directly commercialized.
