HISTORICAL BUILDINGS The colonial buildings Los Cerros de San Juan, constructed in the second half of the XIX century, are characteristic of the era and reflects the history of the region. THE AGEING CELLAR Built in stone with walls of more than 60 cm wide, the two plants of the wine ageing cellar were excavated in the middle of a hill.
