WINE AND NATURE - AN UNIQUE COMBINATION The climate and soil characteristics in Los Cerros de San Juan, have made this zone the ideal place for the development of the vines. Surrounded by nature, far from city pollution, the grapes grow in natural and healthy surroundings. HISTORICAL BUILDINGS The colonial buildings Los Cerros de San Juan, constructed in the second half of the XIX century, are characteristic of the era and reflects the history of the region. The preservation of this building allows visitors to appreciate the heritage left behind by their forefathers. THE AGEING CELLAR Built in stone with walls of more than 60 cm wide, the two plants of the wine ageing cellar were excavated in the middle of a hill. Such construction effort shows the engagement carried out in order to obtain the ideal space for the ageing of the wines. With temperatures that oscillate between 12 and 18 degrees along the year, here is where the broths of Los Cerros de San Juan accommodated in large oak casks and barrels and laid down bottles placed with major affection (500.000 of average existence ) expect the best moment to be freed for consumption.
