All of the process waste from winemaking is recycled through a constructed wetlands system and re-used for vineyard and property irrigation. The property where the winery is located is farmed biodynamically and using only organically certified materials. Construction of our own facility has been a goal of Littorai Wines since inception in 1993. We began farming biodynamically in 2001 and since that time it has been our objective to establish a self sustaining, integrated and diversified farm. This winery site presents a unique opportunity to tour a biodynamic farm and learn about this exceptional agricultural method which offers long term solutions to the future of farming.
