Wines from Domaine Leflaive Winery
- Puligny-Montrachet 1er Cru Pucelles 2005 Domaine Leflaive (75cl)
Anne-Claude Leflaive makes what many consider the finest Chardonnays in the world. 2005 was a great vintage producing rich, opulent wines which can be enjoyed in their youth and will keep well. This most famous of 1er Cru vineyards has notes of smoke and iodine with peach and buttered toast. The palate is multi-dimensional, detailed and incredibly long.
