Varietally correct, most definitely Sauvignon Blanc. As soon as the juice hit my tongue I got flavors of candied pineapple which soon changed to ... The wine had fruit, balanced acidity and minerality. What really got me on this wine was the mouthfeel, there was a lovely, light creaminess to the wine. I would highly recommend this bottle.
