The chateau Du CROS : XIIIth century, is an historical reality. The chateau Du CROS property, acquired by my grandfather in 1921, then exploited by my father until 1967, conctituates a 90 hectares vineyard today. Raised in this wine arbour, I benefited from my father experience and his viticultural knowledge. To rull the whole of this field, I joined together a qualified men and women team, each one responsible of one activity within the property. The chateau Du CROS, beautiful XIIIth century ruin, which overhangs our vineyard, is registered like protected building by "Monuments historiques", since November 14th 1967.
