The wine cellar of more then 2.000 square metres. It has been adapted the architectural style of the Baglio. The vinification and bottling systems are situated at ground level. The wines in the oak barrels are aged in the underground part of the wine cellars and in the tufa galleries. The magic atmosphere of the place is also generated by the particular architecture inspired by a centuries-old tradition.
