
In 2004 we finished constructing our premises in Gumiel-A Winery with the latest technical developments, but that above all has been designed with one aim; to cherish our greatest treasure, our grapes. Every step of the wine making process is done through gravity, softly picking up our grapes, which arrive in 16 Kg boxes to our 16.000 litre banks. During fermentation, temperature was controlled water showers. We look for maximum fruit expressions through middle macerations and gentle crushing in low-capacity vertical presses. Our wines sleep the time necessary for giving structure without losing identity,
