Each of our wines is created from our Nicholas Estate vineyard, located in Oregon's Chehalem Mountains AVA. The 35 acre vineyard is certified L.I.V.E. and Salmon Safe and consists of 5 blocks of Pinot Noir (Pommard and Dijon clones 114, 115, 667 and 777) and one acre each of Riesling and Gewurztraminer. Two acres each of Wadensil Pinot Noir, Chardonnay and Riesling will see their first harvest in 2011.
