Comments: Really nice, light, creamy wine. Would go great with a roast pork and apricot dish.

Comments: This is full of tropical fruit on the nose with smoky, toasty, spicy woody notes and a touch of sweaty over-ripeness to the fruit. In the mouth this is rich and fairly fat with a soft feel. The mid-palate is fairly sweet with notes or caramel popcorn over the tropical fruits. The woodiness on the finish comes off as a bit bitter after the sweetness of the mid-palate. 84pts

Comments: **This was suppose to be posted under the 2007 Concha Y Toro Shiraz Frontera ** http://www.snooth.com/wine/concha-y-toro-syrah-frontera-2007/ Another mass produced wine from Concha y Toro. Runs about $8-$9 for a magnum. Medium bodied with a meaty mouth feel. Hints of black pepper and other spices with a burnt or roasted background taste. Subtle but sweet tannins. Finish is muted and leaves rather quickly. Not a bad wine to drink if you want to drink a lot of wine and don't have much money. If your looking to get the real "Shiraz experience", I would look elsewhere (probably Australia or better yet, Northern Rhone if you got some cash to spare)
