Please note we have apartments all over the CITY CENTER and they are not located in the same building. On arrival you need to come to the office to pick up the keys and the map with directions to your apartment.

1. We meet all our guests at our Office at Ronda Universitat, number 20, 3rd floor, 3rd door. If the door downstairs is closed, ring bell 3o - 3a. 2. If you arrive between 9 and 20h Mon-Fr and 9 and 18h on weekends make your way to our office.3. If you arrive outside office hours and on holidays please call 30 minutes before reaching our office +34 617 433 842. (If you land in GIRONA or REUS airport, please call us only once you have reached Barcelona.)4. During your check in you: a) fill in our guest form, b) facilitate the payment c) provide us with your credit card details OR leave a cash deposit of 150 euro to cover any possible damage that might be incurred to the apartment or its contents during your stay. In case you choose to leave a deposit, it is refunded after check-out, once the apartment has been proved free of damage. d) receive your keys and a map with instructions on how to get to your apartment. 5. If you arrive before 13h and your apartment has not yet been prepared, you will be able to leave your luggage in the office and come back for it and for the keys later on.Directions:Taking a taxi from the airport will be the most convenient form of getting to our office. If you prefer public transport: You can take a bus (AEROBUS) at the airport exit, which will take you to Pl de Catalunya in 25 minutes. You can also take a train to Pl de Catalunya (15 minutes). To reach the station from the airport you will have to walk along a tunnel above the street. Once you are in Pl. Catalunya, find the street Ronda Universitat, which is located at the top of Pl. de Cataluyna on the left hand side. Follow this road for one minute on the left hand side until you get to building number 20 (3rd floor, door number 3).Emergency number: +34 617 433 842
