Opened in 1995 and renovated in 2002, the Hotel Glries is located in CPadilla, between Avenida Diagonal and Gran Via, beside the Monumental Bull Ring, the Auditorio concert hall and the National Theatre of Catalonia, very near the Sagrada Familia cathedral, the Les Glries shopping centre and the Agbar Tower. 1.7 km from the Paseo de Gracia, Olympic Port and the beaches of Barcelona. By car from the airport or Gran Va : Exit the AIRPORT by motorway in the direction of Barcelona. Continue straight on. You will pass through the Plaza de Espaa, continue straight on in the direction of Plaza de las Glorias. When you reach Plaza de las Glorias, drive around the roundabout as though you were re-entering the city on Gran Va de Les Corts Catalanes, turn right immediately after the traffic lights, and you will see the Hotel.From France by car: Drive straight along the AP-7 from the border until you reach Barcelona, continue straight along the Avda. Meridiana as far as the Plaza de las Glorias, continue along Gran Va de Les Corts Catalanes and turn right immediately after the traffic lights, and you will see the Hotel.From France, by car along the coast: Continue straight ahead along motorway AP-7 until you take motorway C-32. Continue straight ahead, passing through Matar and Badalona until you reach Barcelona. Continue along Gran Va, also straight until you reach Plaza de las Glorias; continue along Gran Va de Les Corts Catalanes and then immediately turn right after the traffic lights, where you will find the hotel.From Tarragona or Lrida by car along Avenida Diagonal: Straight ahead along motorway AP-2 until you reach Barcelona; continue along Avenida Diagonal, also straight until you reach Plaza de las Glorias, take the first right turn along Gran Va de Les Corts Catalanes, then immediately turn right after the traffic lights, where you will find the Hotel. By train from the airport: Take RENFE line 10 - AEROPORT - BARCELONA - EST. DE FRANA at the station AEROPORT. Travel four stops and get off at PG. DE GRCIA station. Take Metro line 2 - PARALLEL PEP VENTURA at the station PASSEIG DE GRCIA for 2 stops and get off at MONUMENTAL. CPadilla and the Hotel are just a few metres away. By Aerobus from the airport: Take the AeroBus (leaves every 12 minutes) in the direction Barcelona, get off in Plaza Espaa and take bus line 56 (Collblanc, Bess Verneda) and after 12 stops get off at Gran Va Padilla. Cross Gran Via on foot and you will find the hotel just a few metres away, in C Padilla.
