Les Borjs de la Kasbah, an exclusive htel de charme combining all the character of a traditional Moroccan riad with the comfort and professionalism of a modern luxury hotel.The 18 sound-proofed, well insulated rooms, dispersed between four separate patios, are each well appointed with bath or shower (some have both), heating and air conditioning, personal room safe, hairdryer, mini-bar, telephone and widescreen TV with satellite channels. Five rooms on ground floor level (3 of them singles) offer easy access while the others, on first floor, are reached, respectively, via 5 separate stairways. Though very similar in terms of decor, no two bedrooms are identical.In the hotels Le Jasmin restaurant provides high quality meals, for outside diners as well as residents, based on a range of interesting menus and sophisticated la carte dishes. The emphasis is on modern French cuisine, some of it with certain local influences, as well as a number of Moroccan specialties, all prepared from fresh local products by our French-trained chef, Aziz Benayad, and his experienced local team. On the opposite side of the pool from the sun terrace is a new building housing the first floor SPA and, at ground level, a small poolside bar where drinks are served, including an outstanding range of cocktails, a number of non-alcoholic options being created from health-giving recipes using fresh fruit and vegetables. Snacks and light meals, prepared in the hotels kitchen, may also be taken here. Adjacent to the bar are the changing rooms and showers for pool users where towels are provided. Set in the peacefully secluded leisure area, some 25m from the hotels main patio, Le SPA offers a classic, marble-clad hammam plus two treatment rooms and a rest area, each having a traditional latticed window (menze) overlooking the swimming pool and sun terrace.Reservations for the same day wont be taken under consideration if passed after 5:30 pm (GMT Time).
