You will find yourself on a motorway heading for Perugia. Take the Castiglion del Lago exit (do not take the Cortona exit) and turn right towards Cortona. Pass the towns of Terontola and then Riccio, after which turn right for Ossaia. Follow the road to the very end and turn right towards Mercatale. After approx. 4 km, at the end of the town of Pergo, turn right for Villa di Piazzano (road sign). Follow the main country road - the Villa is located at the very end of the cypress tree lined road. We highly recommend you arrive while there is still daylight and equip yourselves with a map of the area.
