The apartment is situated in Calle del Paradiso, near Rialto Bridge and The Grand Canal, a ten minutes walk from Saint Mark s Square.From Marco Polo airport you can phone for a private water taxi. It leaves from the Arrivals Terminal and takes you very near to the apartment. Before getting in the taxi it is advisable to ask the driver the taxi fares because they are usually very expensive. Catching the shuttle bus is much cheaper and it takes you to Piazzale Roma, that is the last bus stop.Then you can take the waterbus, line1, which passes every 10 minutes. Get off at San Silvestro stop. The stop is about 20 metres from the apartment. From the railway station you can catch the waterbus, line 1 just in front of the station which takes you to San Silvestro. If you arrive at Piazzale Roma by car, park the car in one of the parking areas near there and then catch the waterbus, line1. Get off at San Silvestro stop. Venetian transport is called ACTV.
