The BandB is located on Corso Umbertothe main road of Taormina and soul of the town. It is the most significative part of the ancient Via Valeria, a consular way built in the roman age, which joins Messina with Catania; from down the coast it climbs up by the torrent S. Antonio and gets to the north gate of the town Porta Messina, it goes all the way through town and then goes down by the valley of the torrent Sirina.The Via Valeria was until the last century the only connection road of the jonic side, around which was born the ancient core of the town with its monument. CarOn the A 19 Messina-Catania get the Taormina exit, follow the signal for Taormina centro, up hill. Go past the Lumbi car park through the tunnel and get to the Porta Catania car park. Left the car walk through the Porta Catania arch for about 200 hundred metres.TrainFrom Catania or Messina, go to Taormina- Giardini station. Then take the urban bus or the private Auto lines to Taormina. The bus stop is just outside the main entrance of the station. You will recognise your bus showing the writing Taormina bottom right of the wind screen. From the bus terminal carry on walking by Via Pirandello uphill to the arch Porta Messina. Through which you will enter Corso Umberto. Go ahead for about 600 metres to reach the structure. PlaneFrom Catania airport ( Fontana rossa) is available a bus connection to Taormina bus terminal(5,00).
