This new structure was inaugurated in the end of 2006.The Residence is located on the road in between Portoferraio and Porto Azzurro, both towns offer plenty of possibilities such as shopping as well as different services to make you enjoy your stay.We are at your full service to make you feel as comfortable as possible during your stay here. Due to its perfect location on the hill, you will find yourself far from the traffic and immersed in the landscape and fragrances of the maquis. You can relax on each terrace with its wonderful view over the Golf of Portoferraio or just spend some hours on the golf course of the Elba Golf Club of Acquabona. Due to our mild climate, guests can play golf during the whole year.The Residence counts 31 units (apartments) with 2 or 3 rooms each. They are very nicely furnished. You will dispose of a colour tv, a private telephone, a kitchen ,a large furnished terrace with sea view, a private parking and just in case the temperatures would eventually decrease there is an independent heating system. We also provide the laundry and its services. The apartments are being cleaned every day and the laundry will be changed every 3 days.At our reception we will welcome you with a smile and help you for all your needs or requests concerning excursions or hiking tours in the area. You will be welcome to visit our cosy little bar, to have a drink or watch the television or eventually connect your pc to our free internet point.Likewise you can take advantage of the Club House of The Acquabona Golf, its swimming pool as well as its bar. Ask us to make a reservation in one of the typical restaurants in the neighbourhood or to reserve your place on the beautiful beach of Capoliveri .There are 3 type of apartments :Type C : 45 sqm + 20 sqm terrace with sea view, equipped kitchen, living room with bunk-bed, dining area, double room and bathroom with shower.Type B : 56 sqm + 30 sqm terrace with sea view, open space with kitchenette, living room with armchair, bunk-bed and dining area, double room and bathroom with shower.Type A : 75 sqm + 30 sqm terrace with sea view, kitchen, living room with armchair and bunk-bed, dining area with table for 6 guests, double room, room with twin beds , bathroom with shower.

IN TRAIN: the station of arrival is that of Piombino Maritime.From nord GENOVA-LIVORNO, east FIRENZE-LIVORNO, sud ROMA-GROSSETO IN AIRPLANE: There are flights directed from the principal European cities and from a lot of Italian cities of the center-north. FERRY: From Piombino Marittima (harbor to embarkation for the Elba), two companies of navigation assure the transports every time around. The crossing has the duration of 60 minutes. FROM PORTOFERRAIO: From the harbor of Portoferraio, you follow the indication to Porto Azzurro -later around 4.9 Kms from the intersection where you introduced on the provincial street direction Porto Azzurro you will find, on the right of the great GOLF COURSE ACQUABONA, the indications, after a brief slope, you will find the ELBA GOLF APARTMENTS.
