The Central Hotel was completely renewed (beds, rooms and furnitures) in December 2003 and you will find simple but charming rooms in our end of XVIII century building. Ideally located downtown, near the Augustus Arch, the Central Hotel, a small two-star hotel, welcomes you all year round in a friendly atmosphere. The 15 Hotel Centrals double rooms are equipped with bathroom or shower, WC, TV, telephone and fan, their doors were decorated by a local artist. From the room on the last floor you have a magnificent view of the Nimess roofs, the Magna tower and the Garrigues region. The Central Hotel, a 10-minute walk from the station, is close to Nmes major monuments, including the famous Maison Carre, the Arenas, St.Castor Cathedral, the Museum of Contemporary Art, the Archeological Museum and Office of Tourism. Also in the vicinity, are the Fountains Gardens and the market (open from 06:30 a.m. to 01:00 p.m.) where you can find all fresh products from the area.

If you arrive by the various motorways or by the national roads, always follow the indications Nmes Centre and once available, Htels Centre Ville.Arrived at the Arenas, continue by the boulevard Courbet and once on the Gambetta boulevard take the first on the left (Rue Ecole Vieille). La place du Chateau is just in front of you.The Central Hotel is at 7 km from the Airport Nimes-Arles-Camargue and at a few meters of the airsports shuttle stop (Gambetta).

I had the time of my life riding a bike around the Lunel area and visiting nearby places like Arles, Nimes, Montpelier, Avignon, etc, by auto.
