Le Moulin Pastelier is a small guesthouse ideally situated in the heart of the Lauragais between Toulouse and Carcassonne and just 10 minutes from the A61 autoroute. Located in a small village it is the perfect location for a relaxing break or to recharge your batteries before continuing your journey. Within 15 minutes of 2 restaurants with 1 Michelin star and a market that is rated in the top 100 markets in France, it is an ideal base for a gastronomic tour. Dinner can be provided on request and is very reasonably priced at 28euros per person for 4 courses including wine and aperitif. Food is sourced locally and whenever possible using homegrown produce.We have 2 well behaved dogs who are happy to give a guided walk around the beautiful countryside.
