As we are only a 10 minute drive from Cairns airport the easiest way to get to Golden Sands is by taxi - the rank is situated outside of arrivals at the terminal.Since we have a full tour desk at reception, we can also help out in arranging a rental car for you.From the airport follow the Captain Cook Highway north - the third roundabout is Yorkeys Knob. Turn right here and follow road until you come across a small shopping centre. Just past this shopping centre, turn right into Wattle Street (Golden Sands sign on the corner).From Wattle turn right into Kempton Street - then 2nd on your right is Deauville Close.
