Getting to and from Roslyn Gardens Serviced Apartments:From the airport: Taxi - depending on traffic, a taxi should cost $25 - $35. Shuttle Bus - a number of shuttle bus services run from outside the arrivals area of the airport. They cost $9 - $10 per person. Car - Follow the signs towards the Eastern Suburbs (in particular, Kings Cross), onto Southern Cross Drive which changes into South Dowling St. From South Dowling St enter the Eastern Distributor tunnel. Enter this and take the William St exit - turn right onto William St. Get into the left hand lane and head towards the Coca Cola sign (do not enter the tunnel but go over it). Turn left at the Coca Cola sign into Darlinghurst Rd. Drive along Darlinghurst Rd and as you drive past the El Alamein Fountain the street changes into Macleay St, take the next right into Greenknowe Ave. Drive down Greenknowe Ave, through the roundabout, to the bottom of the hill. Turn right and this will bring you onto Roslyn Gardens.By train: The closest train station is at Kings Cross (approximately 7 minutes walk away). Turn left out of the station and walk along Darlinghurst Rd for approximately 200 metres. As you walk pass the El Alamein Fountain the street changes into Macleay St, take the next right into Greenknowe Ave. Walk down Greenknowe Ave, through the roundabout, to the bottom of the hill. Turn right and this will bring you onto Roslyn Gardens.By bus:Bus 311 departsterminates at either Circular Quay or Central Station. Buses depart every 20 - 30 minutes.By foot:Walking to the city centre takes 20 - 30 minutes. A longer and very pleasant walk will take you along the harbour foreshore at Woolloomooloo, through the Botanical Gardens to the Opera House and Circular Quay.
